Focal Point Bamboo

Focal point bamboo, also referred to as ornamental bamboo, is typically used as a featured specimen in a tropical garden landscape.  It can create a striking focal point in a residential landscape and is a favorite of interior commercial projects for museums, hospital healing gardens, and theme parks.  All of the soecies grown at New Shoots Bamboo are non-invasive, tropical clumping bamboo so you can confidently work bamboo into your landscape design. Tropical clumping focal point bamboo is grown in a variety of pot sizes including field grown specimens at New Shoots Bamboo Nursery.  All our bamboo is non-invasive, non-running bamboo and grows out in an ever widening circle from where the initial root ball was placed.  On average, at maturity, tropical clumping bamboo spreads out to eight feet in diameter.
